To ensure we are faithfully pursuing this mission for generations to come, Regis Catholic Schools and the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation have partnered with Arcadia Education, a national leader in Catholic school strategy, to develop Vision 2030, a bold, five-year plan for growth and excellence.
Approved by the Diocese of La Crosse Superintendent of Catholic Schools and the Eau Claire Deanery, Vision 2030 is more than a plan. It is a shared commitment to build abundance across our entire community.

Recruiting Excellent Teachers. For the 2025–26 school year, we proudly welcomed some of the region’s finest educators, thanks to strategic recruiting efforts guided by Vision 2030.
Appreciation Bonuses. At the start of the 2025-26 school year, every team member received a well-deserved bonus in recognition of their incredible dedication.
