This vital role, which is new to our system as part of our Vision 2030 efforts, will significantly shape the future of Regis Catholic Schools. The CLO will ensure a coherent, faithful, excellent PreK-12 instructional programming across every Regis school by holding the vision for Catholic academic excellence and building the systems that sustain it. This includes professional development, observation, coaching, and curriculum alignment. This is a defining step forward for Regis and reflects our commitment not only to sustain excellence, but to deepen and unify it across our entire system.
We plan to have Mrs. Bahnub fill this new role for Regis Catholic Schools beginning on June 1. A search will begin immediately to fill the open Enrollment & Tuition Coordinator position. In the meantime, Kayla will continue her work in this position and remain the main contact for our current families regarding enrollment and tuition-related questions.
Kayla holds a bachelor's degree from UW-Eau Claire and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from St. Mary's University in Minnesota. She served as the principal of Immaculate Conception Elementary School from 2019 to the summer of 2024, at which time she took on the role as our Regis Catholic Schools Enrolment & Tuition Coordinator.
"My experience at Regis has truly been a blessing in my life, and I am so excited to work with all Regis Catholic Schools families to ensure they receive a high-quality Catholic education,” Kayla said. “Accepting the role of Chief Learning Officer is both an honor and a responsibility I carry with deep gratitude. I look forward to supporting educators, strengthening instructional practices, and helping every student discover their God-given vocation.”
Mrs. Bahnub has served as a teacher and administrator for Catholic schools for the past 15 years. Her husband, Bryan, is an alumnus of Immaculate Conception Elementary School and Regis High School. Their daughter, Hayley, attends our Genesis Child Development Center.
“I’m excited to step into the role of Chief Learning Officer and collaborate with our passionate educators to implement the objectives of Vision 2030 for the Regis Catholic Schools community.”
Please keep Mrs. Bahnub and Regis Catholic Schools in your prayers during this time of transition.
